These terms cover use of the Foxo website, web app, and native apps. A parent or guardian must create and manage the family account, choose child profiles, and decide whether Foxo is appropriate for their family.

Use Foxo for personal family learning and practice. Do not misuse the service, interfere with other accounts, attempt to bypass subscription access, or upload content that you do not have rights to use.

Foxo is not a medical device or diagnostic service. Foxo is a developmental play and learning tool, not a medical device or diagnostic service.
